Once these Magical Artifacts/or Objects are created, they cannot be undone, only if destroyed does their power vanish. If REPLICATED, some of the power ‘transfers’ to the replica.
Think, Ouija Board(s). It even includes a rule for a magical object in its guides;
must be gifted or given away to another.
