Congress Bill shows clear evidence of weather modification, manmade earthquakes and mind control programs!!!
(Be The Media) October 28, 2012 — After years of denial from government, military, and environmental agencies, the controversial issue regarding covert programs such as Chemtrails, HAARP and other space-based weapons programs was brought to light and acknowledged in a bill that tried to ban the use of these technologies for harmful purposes.
Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio introduced H.R. 2977 during the 1st session of the 107th Congress of the United States. The “Space Preservation Act” seeks to “preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.”
The bill defines the term “space” as “all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.” It also defines the term “weapons” as any device capable of the following:
Sec. 7. (2)(A)(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by—
[…] (III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, sub- atomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object;
(ii)(II) […] using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or
(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.
The bill also defines the term “exotic weapons systems”.
Sec. 7 (2)(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as–
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; A.K.A. (HAARP)
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
According to the bill, the term ‘‘exotic weapons systems’’ includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
So, basically what this all means is that powers-that-shouldn’t-be possess these technologies and have been using them for the exact same reasons the H.R. 2977, which not surprisingly did not pass, tries to ban. Now, what really struck this writer is the fact that the bill is so blatantly clear when it mentions what these weapons are used for, including information war, mind control, climate, weather and tectonic systems! However, the most startling revelation is the fact that they also possess “extra-terrestrial” weapons. Any alien nay-sayers out there?
Welll if it was written by Kucinich of course it has this terminology in it. He is a whacko and probably wants to prove something.
