Scratching Off The Rope Burn
It’s 6:00 am. You have an 8:00 am meeting at work and you already know you’ll be reprimanded for the horrible screw up you did at work yesterday. You hit the snooze. It’s 6:15 now. You finally get up at 6:30, shower, brush your teeth and then it hits you….You just can’t do it. You decide you’ll take the day off and skip work. But how will you do it? Call in sick? Say you have a family emergency? Car trouble? Well Sheila Bailey Eubank, of San Antonio, Texas, had a different excuse in mind. She decided to kidnap herself. WTH?! Yep, she told authorities who found her tied up and bound in her trunk that she was kidnapped at knifepoint as she pulled up to an ATM machine. But, she was soon confessing like Usher once surveillance cameras showed her buying several lottery tickets at the same time of her supposed abduction. SMH….where does she work where you have to go to that extreme for a day off? Plus, who is the guy that helped her pull this off? He obviously has a few screws loose too.
