You would think that with the vast advancements of technology over the years, burglars would have an advantage to easily steal from someone else. The right person with the right technology can tap into your phones, computers and even disengage your alarm system. But there are some things technology just can’t buy….just ask Miguel Luna. He’s the 25-year-old burglar who appeared to be well on his way to robbing a Los Angeles native’s home in broad daylight. That is until the victim saw him coming on the surveillance camera.
Miguel didn’t show up with a disguise or weapon, but his victim had one and sent him running right back to his car. To his surprise, the victim was armed…with a gardening hoe and knocked him unconscious (not captured on camera). Lucky for Luna, when he came to himself, the victim just scared him and eventually let him leave the property. The unarmed robber bowed and thanked the victim for letting him get away unscathed. WTH?! Who does this? Apparently Miguel Luna. He was so nervous that he fled the scene, leaving his car and iPad.
