UNRAVELING THE MATRIX: The largest peace time military training operation in the U.S. since the 1950’s starts in July, and one city in west Texas is welcoming them with open arms. “Jade Helm 15” is the exercise, and it’s being planned and executed by The Army Special Operations Command.

I’m pretty sure that not ALL residents are welcoming them, they had an opinion from one man, he’s probably the only person who is welcoming them.
Well , in Big Spring, Texas the residents are not happy and
are very concern, but the Howard County Judge said on CBS
News, out of the Odessa/Midland TV Station, that she was
‘Proud To Have the Military in Big Spring (Howard County) Texas.
