Following his speech at Wednesday’s rally against the controversial Iranian nuclear agreement, outspoken reality television star Phil Robertson was asked if he had a message for Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
The Louisiana preacher turned toward the camera and said: “Repent and turn to God and do what’s right.”
Positive reaction to Robertson’s blunt message largely mirrored the praise Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has received during his campaign.
“That’s what I like about Phil,” one commenter wrote on TheBlaze. “He tells it like it is and doesn’t back down. He’s absolutely right.”
@theblaze @HillaryClinton short and sweet and to the point. Well said Phil…quack on!

Robertson also touched on issues of faith during his rally speech.
“They said God was dead back when I was in college,” he said, “but He wasn’t. They lied.”
At one point, he told the crowd that America’s reliance on faith is not the problem.
“I say America ain’t religious enough,” he contended.
In opposition of the nuclear deal, Robertson shared a simple reason why he believed it could result in disaster.
“I don’t do deals with individuals, whoever they are, when they’re hollering at the top of their lungs when I walk out of the place that we’re doing the deal and they’re saying, ‘Death to you. We’re going to kill you,’” he said. “That’s the last bunch you want to have nuclear weapons.”
