Watch: CNN Asks Trump- ‘Are Muslims A Problem?’ Donald Unleashes PERFECT Response
CNN’s Don Lemon used his interview time with Donald Trump, not to ask about Trump’s proposed policies that he plans to put into place once he becomes president, but to repeat a question that was asked by an attendee a while back about Muslims in America being some sort of problem.
Trump was quick to point out that when the unidentified man asked him the question at one of his rallies, he didn’t answer the question. But today, he decided to elaborate on his views.
Trump said, “Are they a problem? You tell me. And I say it often, I don’t see the people who knocked down the World Trade Center, going back to Sweden… By the way, most Muslims, and I know many, are great people.”

“Are Muslims a problem?” Lemon asked.
Trump replied, “Well, I think certain segments are certainly a problem. Unless you want to be so politically correct, what do you want me to say? ‘Oh, absolutely not!’ I mean, you have ISIS. You have the migration. You have all this stuff. You have, you know, a lot of people think you can end up with World War III in the Middle East. I’ve heard that for 25 years. There’s something going on.”
This line of questioning appears to be a ‘got you!’ question for Republican candidates. Ben Carson was recently grilled about his comments that a Muslim president of the United States would have to disavow his Islamic beliefs in sharia law, the tenants of Islam that would relegate Christians to second-class citizens required to pay an additional tax for being a Christian, and calls from the Koran to kill unbelievers, in order to lead the executive branch.
Carson did not retract his statements or back down from his convictions. Trump didn’t either.
One might say Lemon used his valuable interview time asking questions that have already been answered rather than asking questions that may shed light on Trump’s plans to purportedly make America the powerhouse that it once was.
Wouldn’t you rather hear CNN reporters asking questions that matter instead of trying to catch a Republican candidate in some Islamaphobic snare?
