As first responders in Paris attempt to investigate an apparent terrorist attack that left dozens dead across the city, leaders across the world are reacting to the latest outbreak of European violence.
Western Journalism previously reported that local sources have identified at least three locations impacted by attacks, including a theater in which roughly 100 hostages were believed to have been taken.
Barack Obama weighed in during a press conference Friday evening.
President Obama delivers a statement on the attacks across Paris.

“Once again,” he said, “we’ve seen an outrageous attempt to terrorize innocent civilians.”
He went on to describe the deadly incident as an attack on “all of humanity and the universal values that we share.”
Obama promised America’s support, noting that the U.S. is “prepared and ready to provide whatever assistance the government and the people of France need to respond.”
As America’s “oldest ally,” he added that the “French people have stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the United States time and again, and we want to be very clear that we stand together with them in the fight against terrorism and extremism.”
While he was comfortable describing the attack as terrorism, however, Obama shied away from further conjecture.
“We don’t yet know all the details of what happened,” he said, adding that the “situation is still unfolding.”
His reticence toward hypothesizing came after several impetuous statements regarding developing narratives.
“I don’t want to speculate,” he said, “at this point, in terms of who was responsible for this.”
Even as Obama refused to venture a guess, social media posts documented accounts of multiple witnesses who affirmed the terrorists involved shouted “Allahu Akbar” as they shot into a crowd of citizens.

The billion’s that he and Killary sent to these terrorist is finely paying paying off.
jdp…For every 10 Muslim people in Europe, Europe needs 30 people to watch them wherever they go.They group behind closed doors to plan attacks. So if you take 200 or more of them and put them in one place they will conclude a plan among themselves, but who supplied the guns and bombs that stuff should be restricted to nationals only.
Forget just watching them, they must either give up their insane primitive beliefs or cease being all together. The muslims, jews and judo-christians must all stop their nonsense or cease being all together.
Barry already stated “that he stands with MUSLIMS!”
For him now to offer aid to a country attacked by his wonderful muslims is nothing but pure BS!
Obama also said that this is “The world’s greatest case of ‘workplace violence’ ever!”
