President Trump Just Got Red Pilled on the Intrusive Nature of Government Surveillance

(Before It's News)

Perhaps recent realizations that wiretapping may have been occurring at Trump Tower have caused President Trump to feel certain emotions. Anger, disbelief, notions of conspiracy, and a feeling of violation of privacy possibly come into play, amongst others.

Well, welcome to the club for those of us who heard it said in the news decades ago that all phone calls were being funnelled and recorded, or who felt that our worst fears were justified when Snowden blew the whistle – that the technology we PAY for is being used to constantly SPY on EVERYONE!

I had always hoped, since George W. Bush increased surveillance, that perhaps a new president would come along and claw back some of the rights that the American People literally check a box for and kiss goodbye, but that probably will never hapen.

For now, the technology we use will continue to grant access to a vast number of corporate and government employees, unfairly, into our private lives unless people someday decide they value their privacy, and autonomy, over the union that is increasing between human and technology.

  • Actually, I wrote this, and submitted it, the night before Vault 7 was released but publication was delayed.
