Divorce cases are now very common all over the world. It is also said that the rate of divorce is greatly increased from the past several years. The eldest son of the Alaska governor Sarah Palin, the former Republican Vice Presidential candidate, has filed a divorce case just after an eighteen month duration of marriage.

 

According to a reliable sources, no specific reason is reported pertaining the decision of ending the marriage between Track Palin and his soon to be ex wife Britta. However, it is observed that the divorce case is filed jointly. Therefore, no major complication is expected for this case as jointly filed divorce cases are easily granted in the Alaskan court. As per the divorce laws that are followed in Alaska, if the case is filed jointly by both the partners, then all marital issues related to the finances, assets and child support matter etc, are expected to be mutually resolved by the couple.
