(Before It's News)

I was looking for plane trails for about an hour when I spotted this one. It’s pretty long already at 10:09. I didn’t spot it until then because it was pretty well hidden by the clouds that it was going through (and thus the red ovals around it in the first four photos). At this time, I had no idea if it was one of the many contrails that I was seeing or whether it’d turn out to be the chemtrail that it did turn out to be.

Though the other clouds were changing around it, the trail was staying pretty much the same so I began to suspect that it might be a chemtrail.

When the trail was crossing half the sky, I was pretty good idea that it was a chemtrail, especially since it was away from clouds, which is what usually made real contrails last longer.

When the trail was so long at 11:04 that it took several photos to get all of it recorded and it was starting to spread out, as chemtrails did, I was pretty sure that it was a chemtrail and not just the usual contrail.

When at 11:14 and I saw a regular contrail crossing the still-expanding chemtrail, I figured that it could be a special picture. As it shows, there is no tail of the contrail below the chemtrail, so it seems that the trail was dissipating fast until it got into the chemtrail.

Here, at 11:15, the contrail is passing further through the chemtrail. The back end of the contrail is starting to dissipate, even though it’s in the chemtrail.

The end of the contrail has dissipated within the chemtrail.

In this picture, the plane has gone out of the picture (which I wish it hadn’t done) but I guess I was concentrating on capturing how the tail of the contrail had dissipated where the chemtrail was and the contrail was also dissipating beyond the chemtrail.

I’m glad to see that in the above picture, I got the plane back into the picture. The left end of the contrail is nowhere to be seen within the chemtrail and it’s dissipated beyond the chemtrail, which is characteristic for contrails (not hanging around so long to cross the sky).

In this picture at 11:16, there is no evidence that the contrail was even around where the chemtrail is.

I could hardly believe it at 11:21 when I spotted a second contrail going through the chemtrail. As with the last contrail, the trail below the chemtrail has dissipated, which is a sign for a contrail. If you look to the right of that new contrail, you can see that there is still part of the first contrail within the chemtrail, despite that contrail dissipating below and above the chemtrail.

It only took a few seconds for the contrail to get into the middle of the chemtrail. It’s easier to see the remnant of the first contrail in this picture, to the right of the new contrail.

And in a few more seconds, that second contrail is coming out of the chemtrail, pretty much dissipated even within the chemtrail, though the trail from the first contrail is still visible.

In a few seconds, the plane that made contrail 2 is totally out of the picture, all dissipated, while part of contrail 1 is still in the picture.

At 11:23, that remnant of contrail 1 is still within the chemtrail, but as typical to contrails, it’s dissipated both above and below the chemtrail. This helps demonstrate how, yes, contrails can last for some while, but when within a cloud or chemtrail.

At 11:28, neither contrail is visible any more, even within the chemtrail, but it’s been over an hour since the chemtrail was laid out and it’s spreading wider and wider, typical to a chemtrail.

Another half hour and the trail has drifted overhead past me and almost looks like a regular cloud.

I was quite happy that despite seeing many contrails for some while and then finally seeing a chemtrail, but kind of wondered why there was only one chemtrail. There have been a few theories about the purpose of creating chemtrails but I won’t go over them here. Still, despite this trail getting kind of wide, it’s hard to believe that it could affect the weather much.

I was then quite happy to see a second chemtrail. That chemtrail is in the lower right corner of the upper picture. Since I documented the first chemtrail in this “study”, I won’t bother to show how that trail, which I wasn’t sure was a contrail or a chemtrail when I first saw it, did eventually spread out like the first chemtrail and lasted for hours.

In conclusion, this study of chemtrails and contrails shows how there is a real difference. I found the FaceBook page for a local weatherman (meteorologist) and started to write him about the matter. I was surprised that he wrote back. I was even further surprised when after I sent more of what I considered evidence (links to videos) he kept writing me.

Here are some of his comments:

To a link about HAARP being used to change the weather, he replied, “I’m not buying it. The whole chemtrail, HAARP thing does not make any sense to me. Sometimes people see anomalies because they want to see them. There are plenty of things to worry about in this world without inventing more…”

I had been on the lookout for chemtrails for over a year but the skies, month after month, were pretty empty of them until in April when I photo’d a 360 degree panorama of chemtrails that I sent to him. His reply to the pictures was “According to the Air Traffic Controllers Association there are over 87,000 flights over the U.S. every day. Over 28,000 are commercial flights, over 27,000 private flights, 24,000 flights for hire, 5,000 military, and over 2,000 air cargo flights….sometimes the contrails dissipate quickly, sometimes they spread out and last a long time depending on atmospheric conditions. Don’t waste your time worrying about chem trails.”

When I sent some links to other things about weather modification, his reply was “Weather modification has been going on for decades. It goes on every year in the Sierra. Cloud seeding is done either by ground generators or by flying through low level clouds. The contrails you see above are from jets flying 30,000 to 40,000 feet well above the clouds that are seeded to increase rainfall. Cloud seeding is not some big secret. Its discussed in newspaper articles, on television, and in city and county council meetings. You are mixing things up…what you call chemtrails is not the same as cloud seeding. Wanting to believe in something doesn’t make it true!”

I wrote again, telling him how I was surprised that he was still bothering to reply to me. I sent along pictures of what I said were “true” contrails that dissipated quickly. I asked that if they were all contrails, why did some last all day long and cover the whole sky. His reply was “Humidity, wind, and temperature are the main factors that determine how long a contrail lingers. Contrails are caused when warm, moist air leaving the jet engine condenses due to the surrounding cold air. If the air 5 to 10 miles up is very dry, the wind is strong, or the air temperature is warmer than the dew point (the temperature at which water condenses), then the contrail will dissipate quickly or not form at all.”

Me being the pest that I am, I found a web page that had charts of daily weather conditions. I sent them to him and pointed out that the weather for the day with chemtrails (by my terms) and contrails (by my terms) were pretty much the same. His reply to that was “I can’t see these graphs too clearly, but they appear to be for surface weather. Conditions in the upper air are often changing even when the surface weather seems consistent. For example, winds aloft can be strong while surface winds are calm. Also, time of day or night have a bearing as humidity, wind, and temperatures vary hour by hour. The weather is complicated and casual observations by even a new meteorologist without experience can be wrong. That video that showed what appears to be strange cloud movements to the narrator show someone who does not understand what he is looking at…it takes many years of education and experience to understand. Also, I am skeptical of images, graphs, and data unless I know exactly the source, time, etc. and can verify its authenticity. Unfortunately, there is a lot of bogus information on the internet.”

Did that stop me? Of course not. I sent him the link to the site, which gets the weather from local airports: http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/KSAC/2015/10/26/DailyHistory.html?req_city=Sacramento&req_state&req_statename=California&reqdb.zip&reqdb.magic&reqdb.wmo&MR=1

Still being annoying to him, when I found a link to a conference that recently happened in Redding on chemtrails, with some speakers (videos of them) who had real good credentials in various fields, I sent him the link to it: http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/major-northern-california-event-will-expose-global-climate-engineering/

He hasn’t written back and I don’t blame him. As I said, even to him, I was quite surprised that he bothered to correspond to me. Of course, I hope that he finally can see that I and many others are right about chemtrails not being the same as contrails, I’ll probably never know.

Anyhow, that’s what led to this “study”. On November 5th, 2015, it was a day when there were a few chemtrails in the western sky when I awoke and then lasted for hours but for the most part, there were just many contrails in the sky, all day long. Still, I was happy because for months before then, it was hard to spot any contrail in the sky. The weather had changed to be colder and I noticed that the contrails were a lot longer than when the weather was warmer. That was quite interesting to me since it seemed to explain how my lack of seeing contrails in the summer could have been that they were so short that they were just tiny spots in the sky and I didn’t scan the sky hard enough to see them.

On November 6th, I saw many more contrails all day long but I wished to see a chemtrail first being laid out and then to watch it hang around and expand during those hours. As this study shows, it was the next day that I finally had what I wanted, a day with both contrails (many) and chemtrails (only two, but that was great to me.) I no longer had to have faith in the pictures of others. Since both types were seen on the same day, at the same time, and in the same location, it proved to me that the local weatherman/meteorologist could not (If I bothered him again with my evidence, which I haven’t done yet) explain away.

UPDATE: I sent the above study to the weatherman/meteorologist.

His reply was: “You are exhausting. You want to believe in this stuff no mater what I say. The studies, videos, and examples you show me are not scientific, not even close. I don’t think you really want to understand, you want to believe. Take some college level courses on weather, climate, and/or physical science, if you want to understand how things work.”

My reply to him was, “You actually think that courses will talk about that matter? So, my real examples of them both together don’t counter all of what you said and back up with I and others say? Oh well. Thanks for all your replying. It’d be interesting to read how a meteorologist can explain why two plane trails in the air in the same location at the same time and one dissipates in seconds and the other lasts for hours.” So, the gauntlet has been laid. I doubt he’ll explain it.
