Brazil Bans Corporations From Political Donations. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Amid a massive corruption scandal which has tarnished Brazil’s political class and driven the country’s president to the brink of impeachment, the Brazilian supreme court has banned corporate donations to candidates and parties in future elections.

 

What It Means to Be a Socialist. To be a socialist is to stand for the next generation and against the destructive forces of corporations and the military. If we do not move toward life, society will fall and take everyone with it.
