If not for the persistence of the DOM and the practical use of the Questionnaire, this young, label-avoiding Calvinist might very easily have been called as the Pastor of the church, setting events in motion that would almost certainly have resulted in the painful conflict of a pastor’s forced termination and the concomitant church split that has destroyed many a congregation.
