Government Agencies Stock Up On Hollow Point Bullets And Riot Gear Before Martial Law

After the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requested manufacturers provide and more than 63,000,000 rounds of .40 S&W jacketed hollow point bullets (JHP), the latest agency of the federal government who is requesting questionable materials is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) who published a solicitation for 16,000 rounds of .40 S&W JHP. These bullets are slated for delivery in Ellsworth, Maine, and New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Another order of 6,000 rounds of S&W JHP is expected to arrive at a weather station in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The bid requires acknowledgment by August 21, 2012.
The Social Security Office has also made a solicitation for 174,000 rounds of .357 hollow point bullets. These are the most lethal bullets available and would ensure the most damage to a human body.
Although hollow point bullets have been outlawed since 1899, the DHS does not seem to be deterred. By August 20th, the DHS has requested 357 mag rounds that are able to pierce through walls.
A past solicitation includes government contracts for every type of weapon of all calibers and by the thousands. From training rounds to armory meant to devastate the human body, the DHS is preparing to win an anticipated civil disturbance.
The Federal Protective Service (FPS) has been given the responsibility to protecting federally owned property while preparing for civilian led riots expected in the near future. And part of the preparatory measures was an order of 150 sets of riot gear that was requested to be filled exponentially. The FPS is anticipating that police or military wearing the gear would encounter “blunt force trauma” to the upper torso, as well as potential beatings with “blunt objects”.
The purpose of these patrol units would be to aid “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack” and provide “coordinate defense support of civil authorities” under NORTHCOM and other commands including federal homeland defense efforts.
Along with requests for ammunition, the DHS has placed a solicitation by way of the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) for 700 pounds of High Density Ammonium Nitrate and 700 pounds of A-5 Flake RDX. With the delivery date scheduled for August 31, 2012.
When creating a “makeshift terrorist bomb” ammonium nitrate is an integral ingredient. Through the Ammonium Nitrate Security Program , the DHS was given Congressional oversight with regard to regulating sale and purchase of the explosive.
Following the Batman shooting in Colorado, Senator Frank Lautenberg began pushing the Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act (SOASA) that severely restricts the average American’s ability to purchased ammunition. This puts the advantage in the hands of the DHS and US armed forces that are preparing for civil unrest.
Combined with the abundance of sightings of military armory moving across the country, along with the repositioning of soldiers it is becoming clear that preparatory measures for a covert military action on American soil are being taken.
