Mysterious ‘Space Balls’ Smash Into Northern Vietnam

At the time, this section will talk about the seven most strange things that have ever fallen from the sky. A curious list that we could add today ‘unidentified flying object’ that has just landed in Vietnam. The initials ‘UFO’ had never been used in a so accurate, because nobody knows exactly what are the metal areas that have fallen from the sky in different parts of the Southeast Asian country. What we know so far is that last Saturday, at around 6 am (local time), one of these “space balls” fell in an area not inhabited province of Tuyen Quang, near a stream. Minutes later, a similar sphere appeared in the neighboring province of Yen Bai, in this case in a garden. A third struck the roof of a private home before reaching the ground.

“The sky was clear. Suddenly a noise like thunder was heard, “says a witness on local media of Vietnam. Nobody knows what they are, or where they come from or what they do. The metal balls are not even equal to each other: while the largest weighs about 45 kilos and is about 80 centimeters in diameter, the smallest does not exceed 250 grams. At least, the military has been able to certify that none of them contain explosives.

Of course, the speculation was not long in coming. Some say that may be pieces of old satellites, while taking into account the spheres are intact, would have to come from satellites whose launch was unsuccessful. In various media the possibility that these foreign objects are Russian-made targets, although it is unclear whether they could have been part of machinery sold to other countries.

As a precaution, the Vietnamese army has temporarily sealed areas where these objects have fallen, at least while carrying out the necessary investigations.
