Two more quakes; is the New Madrid fault line waking up?
It appears that the sleeping giant could be awakening with recent shallow earthquake activity in Edmond, Okla. and in Illinois although small ,with a 3.6 and a 2.9 .
Plus there was a 4.3 just 10 days ago makes the questions begin to fly.Could the New Madrid fault line be gearing up for 'the big one'? When Ky. Experienced a 4.3 two weeks ago, it was felt across 10-12 states. Although it didn't knock runners off their feet, it did alarm many. Knoxville was among the cities that felt the quake. The shaking was not minor in many areas, and it scared people as walls shook and many began to pray.Full story here

If someone or some group isn’t trying to created a massive earthquake along the New Madrid Fault, the groundwork has already been done if someone ever decides to attempt such a thing. Again with the Earthquake in KY….. It was on the wrong side of the state. The New Madrid is on the Far western part of KY, this earthquake was in EASTERN KY. I only live a bout 150 miles from the Quake.. didnt feel a thing.. this is nothing more than fear mongering.
Okay well there is something going on that’s for sure. I know people don’t want to believe that anything ever bad can happen, because that’s typically the mindset people live in everyday when something doesn’t happen. Most of the time it’s cool, but there are times it isn’t. The only problem I have with people denying it is they just say no ain’t happenin as Dan did below. They have no reasoning other than it’s just not, never anything else. It’s as if the New Madrid fault were a myth, or that tsunamis simply don’t happen, and there there just haven’t been repeated mass extinctions on THIS planet. I’m not saying spread the fear, I’m saying live in less of a neurotic and shallow state of mind!
