SUBJECT: Reasons for Repeal

INTRODUCTION: Why is it necessary to repeal an amendment or legislation, if the President gives an Executive Order to ignore the mandates? Here is the logic…pure and simple.
FIRST: The inspiration for this article comes from the event this week in Congress whereby the effort failed to repeal the socialized medicine legislation nicknamed “Obamacare”. The American freedom-loving caucus demanded that Congress do what the People asked, and repeal it altogether. The RINO Republicans offered a bill to ‘repeal and replace’. The Democrats, who authored the communist legislation in the first place, refused to repeal it. So far, the legislation stands. However, the President has issued two orders through his Executive privilege that defuse the effects of that legislation for the duration of his term in office.
SECOND: Most Americans are busy trying to work or avoid work, and therefore, they do not pay attention to the way our nation is governed. They do not want to know what is happening. Therefore, gross ignorance allows the wickedness in high places to continue.
THIRD: The United States was birthed in 1776, using the new idea that the PEOPLE are the government, and that control would be “Bottom Up” through a Federal Republic. The elected representatives would thereby be obedient to the constraints placed upon them by Constitution as well as those who elected them. This idea was promptly deposed…quietly… in 1789. That explanation is available from many historians. Today, we are going to focus on legislation and repeal.
FOURTH: History has shown to those of us who dare to study that legislation remains viable even when its enforcement is ignored by the Executive Branch. The leadership pretends to “Deep Six” legislation, which places it into a holding pattern, until a new administration is elected (or appointed). When desired, the old legislation is brought out and reactivated. One example, when the “Education and Secondary Education Acts” that were ‘deep six’ by President Johnson’s Congress in 1965, came out of mothballs in 1994 under President Clinton, and was activated at the same time that the America 2000 agenda under President Bush, Sr.. became Public Law 103-227.
POINT: Unless the legislation is REPEALED, it does not die.
FIFTH: The socialized medicine bill called the “Affordable Healthcare for America Act”, HR 3962, passed the US House in November 2009. It is diabolical with its intent to destroy the working class, who must pay for the healthcare needs of every citizen, including illegal aliens. SIXTH: The Obamacare program is bankrupting insurance companies who cannot keep up with the greedy enterprise they invented, nor supply hospitals with the payments demanded. President Trump has already made comment that even though Congress failed to repeal the bill, it is financially going under. Please notice that does not remove the legislation.
SEVENTH: If Congress fails to repeal the bills associated with the Obamacare program, they will remain viable. The next time the Democrats take the White House, they will reactivate the program with a vengeance. If the RINO Republicans have the opportunity, they will also do the same thing. Both want socialized medicine, because it gives them control over “who lives and who dies,” as well as the ability to implant tracking devices on humans for medical reasons, which will include mental health. Goals 2000 already defined all children as ‘special needs’, so it is just a matter of tweaking the data to find out that all Americans have mental health issues and therefore, need to be tracked and monitored. Do you get the point here?
EIGHTH: The Christian community has been very arrogant and dogmatic in its “belief” that although their feet touch the ground, they are not of the world and do not want to engage in the political process of the United States. Of course, we know that the Powers-that-Be put this idea into their heads long ago via the Invisible College. Why? Because when men refuse to engage in their God-given Civic Duty of choosing moral leadership, then by default, the choice goes to the immoral leadership. Of course, which morals one wants to obey is dependent upon one’s political persuasion and religious upbringing, which is an important discussion for another article.
NINTH: Today in the United States, we are witnessing governance by FIAT. The President claims to be Protestant, educated in a Jesuit school. The Vice-President claims to be a “born-again evangelical Catholic,” which has never existed in the past. Both are under the influence today of the illegal Jesuit Pope. The Vatican has ruled the United States by incorporation and ecclesiastical controls from the beginning in 1776, when the King of England controlled all of the thirteen original colonies. It is referenced in the original U.S. Code. (Yes, your fourth grade history books did not tell you the entire story of the foundation of the colonies. The King of England used contracts to gain control over all of the land, and he had to obey the Vatican, because he reneged on Forever Treaty of 1213.)

TENTH: In 1913, the Fabian socialists were able to get Amendment 16 and Amendment 17 passed through Congress, during a time of great hardship on the working class due to World War I. These two amendments gave the fiat government Income taxation privilege, as well as removing control over the US Senate away from state Governors. The IRS is a Private corporation, which gathers and sends the taxes to the Vatican and the United Kingdom global banking cartel. (No income tax is used to run the US government, according to the World Bank attorneys and President Reagan.) Governors in the past would control Senators and could recall them, when a Senator did not obey the State’s direction. Today nobody controls the Senators, who receive orders from the fiat ruler who sits in the Vatican.
CONCLUSION: Repeal the Affordable Healthcare for America Act”, HR 3962. Repeal Amendment 16 and Amendment 17. (Reference the Prohibition amendment and how it was repealed in nine days.) Repeal everything you can… now… because, if you fail to do it, then the next “progressive” President will bring back the programs, and they will be far more aggressive. Today you have a choice. Tomorrow you will live the choice you make. Will you be wise or foolish? END
