eAlert: Important AHEA Convention Online Registration Information
All those who have registered online should have received a number of emails with convention registration details. You will need to print and cut out these details and bring them with you to the convention. Please note that we have had almost 1600 pre-conference registrations which is the largest number we have ever had in advance and we are looking forward to a great convention!
This is a new method of registration and will hopefully help simplify matters in future years.
AHEA families and friends, we are so grateful for your support and patience as we try to simplify and reduce wait times and costs in the registration process for the AHEA Convention. Thank you again for all those of you who have pre-registered!
If you are unable to print off the information, there will be a table clearly marked for “Online Registrants Only” at the Westerner entrance Friday morning, April 12.
Those who have not yet registered are still welcome to attend and can register at the door starting at 9 AM.
Please continue to pray for good weather, a powerful convention and much encouragement for all!

If you are unable to open your attachment with details try clicking on the download button. If this does not work we will have a separate table to get you what you need at the convention and once we confirm your name we will give you name tags. So don’t worry, it will all go well.
