From Wikipedia – Hacking Democracy is a documentary film by producer Robert Carrillo Cohen and producer / directors Russell Michaels and Simon Ardizzone, shown on HBO.
Filmed over three years it documents American citizens investigating anomalies and irregularities with ‘e-voting’ (electronic voting) systems that occurred during America’s 2000 and 2004 elections, especially in Volusia County, Florida.
The film investigates the flawed integrity of electronic voting machines, particularly those made by Diebold Election Systems, and the film culminates dramatically in the on-camera hacking of the in-use / working Diebold election system in Leon County, Florida.
Hacking Democracy was nominated for an Emmy award for Outstanding Investigative Journalism.
What we have here is absolute Proof that Deibold Executives, not only criminally frauded “some” state election officials, but did so knowingly, with intent, especially the Florida 2000 election.
It was in the process of being discovered during the recount in Florida during that time, because the machine was unexplainedly counting backwards, and had not finished, when the Supreme Court stepped in and stopped the recount, or this all would have been caught at that time.
The MSM propoganda about the recount and why it was stopped shows complicity by those same papers, in this fraud upon the American people.
Aiding and Abetting a crime carries the same penalty as the actual crime itself.

Voting machines have been an issue for years in US politics. The machines do not provide a receipt for voting and they are subject to manipulation. Actually, there are good reasons not to provide a receipt for a vote.
The receipt could be used to sell votes etc. However, a paper ballot plus scrutineers, would seem to provide a much better record and allows ballots to be checked and numbers cast confirmed etc.
The chief of Russia’s Central Election Commission, Vladimir Churov,said: “American voting machines have not been designed to provide any documentary evidence of citizen participation in the electoral process. Moreover, operators [of the machinery] are technically capable of adding or dropping votes in favor of one candidate or another, leaving behind no evidence of violations.”

Here is testimony from an American computer programmer that was hired to rig a voting machine. He goes on to describe the mechanisms and tactics that were used to artificially modify voting results and hide the evidence that any tampering had taken place.
“It is generally believed that the American people will elect their president on November 6. In fact, the president – an individual bestowed with enormous powers – will be elected by the so-called Electoral College. The president will be elected by the 280 electors, not by all American citizens.”
I suspect every election in every state of the union is rigged on every issue. They just do what they want, and pass what they want, and tell us ‘it passed’ or ‘failed’ on their whim. The machine is out of control.
