COP 18 in DohaMost meteorologists think global warming is bunk and put about as much faith in it as they do in Groundhog’s Day. But alas, their unabashed leaders have signed off on the theory as fact by the most scientific method available: ‘Cuz we said so.’ Even though climate experts have said ad nauseam that the not-very-super-storm Sandy is not indicative of climate change. Maybe they just got caught up in the crazy, lazy alarmism at the COP 18. From Prensa Latina:
“Climate change is happening right in front of our eyes,” the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) insisted today, citing some examples in the extreme climate changes on Earth. The melting of the Arctic Ocean ice, which this year reached its lowest level and the fact that the first 10 months of 2012 will mark the ninth warmest record since record-keeping began in the mid-nineteenth century, were some of the data provided by the organization during the Doha talks on climate change.
