Prairie Provident to list 5,195,000 more shares on TSX

Prairie Provident Resources Inc. (TSE:PPR) will list an additional 5,195,000 shares at the open on March 16, the Toronto Stock Exchange said on Wednesday.

As stated in the company’s March 8 short form prospectus, Prairie Provident will issue 5,195,000 flow-through shares at 77 cents per share in an offering.

Prairie Provident is a Calgary-based public company engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas with conventional operations primarily focused in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in Alberta.
