(Before It's News)

She came into this world as the daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton; and sister of Prince George, who are all style icons in their own way.

But today, a year after making her debut outside the Lindo Wing on May 2, 2015, she is known as Princess Charlotte. The tiny-tot who’s almost there, in the footsteps of style icon brother George and mother Kate Middleton.

Ahead of the special occasion of Princess Charlotte’s first birthday, the Kensington Palace shared four intimate family moments of the 2-year-old princess. The pictures were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge in April at their home in Norfolk.

Charlotte can be seen wearing two very adorable outfits: a pink frock with matching hair clip and Amaia Kids tights and a blue frock with the same pattern as the pink one plus matching blue hair clip and Amaia Kids tights. We have no doubt the dresses will be sold out within hours just like the last time.

Apart from a sold-out effect, the tiny tot broke a major fashion rule by wearing the two most debated colours in the history gender identity: blue and pink colour.
