Asus ZenFone Selfie with 13MP Primary and Secondary Camera unveiled at Computex 2015
A good news for selfie lovers! Asus ZenFone Selfie with 13-megapixel rear and front-facing camera has been unveiled at Computex event in Taiwan. Running Android Lollipop out-of-the box, the new ZenFone Selfie boasts a perfectly crafted full HD display of 5.5-inches with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The smartphone has been designed for selfie focused users and sports excellent camera hardware with f/2.0 aperture, 28mm focal length, laser autofocus, and real Tone flash. Several Zen UI camera tools like Selfie Panorama mode, low light mode, and HDR mode are also packed with this feature-rich and highly attractive device.
With Zen UI on the top, ZenFone Selfie features top-grade hardware with 2GB of RAM, and octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. Much like ZenFone 2, this smartphone is also set to be launched in two variants with 2- / 3-GB of RAM. Inbuilt storage of this device will also have two variants of 16 and 32 gigs. However, storage options on this device can be easily expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.
ZenFone Selfie packs standard connectivity options with 2G/3G/4G support on one sim and 2G on the other. With upgraded WLAN 802.11 b/g/n/ac, USB, Bluetooth V4.0 options and gyroscope, e-compass, accelerometer, proximity, and ambient light sensor, it assures to deliver best experience with no complication at all. It measures 156.5×77.2×10.8mm and stands around 170 grams in terms of weight.
Talking about color variants, ZenFone Selfie will be available in several color options including Pure White, Aqua Blue, Chic Pink, Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold, and Glamor Red. Camera is the main highlight of this smartphone but all these color variants, and a long lasting battery of 3000mAh will give a whole new experience.
Along with ZenFone Selfie, Asus has also unveiled new ZenPad Tablets and the second generation of ZenWatch with an improved set of features and improvements. Just like the Apple Watch, ZenWatch 2 also features a metal crown for improved interaction. In fact, it is the first Android wear smartwatch which comes in 49-mm and 45-mm stainless steel cases, and 18 different combinations of materials and colors. All three launches from Asus served as the main highlight of Computex 2015.
