ViewSonic Corp., world’s largest manufacturer of computing and consumer electronics has announced 30 Day (DOA)  Dead-On-Arrival service for the selected range of its premium UHD monitors. The service stretches from 1st November to 31st December 2015, and is valid on ViewSonic UHD Monitors, VX2475SMH-4K, VX2573-sg, VX2573-SHW, and VP2780-4K. The service is currently active, and all new ViewSonic customers who recently purchased any of these products can seek maximum after-sales benefits by registering on company’s official India website http://ap.viewsonic.com/in/register.

The Service is valid for all Indian citizens, but first, it’s mandatory for the customers to register their product on the official website. Once the product is registered successfully with all essential details, customers can call ViewSonic India toll free customer service hotline for seeking instant replacement benefits. To execute a successful application and pick-up service, customers will have to keep all proofs of their purchase intact, and detail every aspect of the issue to ViewSonic’s customer service team. After the application is filed, ViewSonic will arrange an on-site pick-up service to verify the situation and collect the product in question for instant replacement within a day or two. The company shall collect the complete product package along with the original invoice details!

The service is eligible for VX2475SMH-4K, VX2573-SG, VX2573-SHW, and VP2780-4K UHD monitors, and will work on the following terms and conditions:

  1. To avail this service, customer should first register his product on Viewsonic’s official india website http://ap.viewsonic.com/in/register.
  2. The DOA policy is valid from 1st November 2015 to 31st December 2015, for which presentation of original invoice with date of purchase is mandatory.
  3. Any applications after 31st December 2015 will be deemed invalid, and will not be accepted.
  4. The replacement service under DOA will be applicable only when the shipped product has an on-screen malfunction, or no power/video output.
  5. The service will not be provided if there is a compatibility issue or the product is damaged in-transit.
  6. In case, the returned product is found in no defect condition (NDF), the company holds the right to return the same unit to the end customer.
  7. If the return unit is in dead pixel criteria, ViewSonic will reserve the right to return the original unit, without replacing it with a new one.
