Regime Change. Countdown to closing the worst chapter in Syrian history under the Assad rule has begun with yesterday’s leak from the White House that regime change is being discussed seriously. Violence, terror, assassination, torture, illegal detention, kidnapping, weapons smuggling, drug smuggling, corruption, pilfering state treasury, suicide bombers, car bombings, blackmail, threats, intimidation, humiliation, beatings, shooting unarmed civilians, inciting the masses, embracing Islamist causes, supporting al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, and any terror group around the planet. There is nothing this regime won’t do and the world has had enough of the Assads and their cronies. TIME FOR THE LAWS TO GOVERN AND NOT THE SAVAGES.
Homs. Shelling the city started early this morning in the Bab Amro area by tanks against civilian homes. There is also heavy fire that could be heard across the whole city. In Bab Amro, it is not uncommon for 4 to 5 people to live in one room, which renders the population vulnerable to a high casualty rate. BECAUSE THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY DID NOT PROSECUTE RIFAAT AL-ASSAD OR HAFEZ AL-ASSAD FOR THEIR CRIMES IN HAMA, THIS ASSAD BELIEVES HE CAN GET AWAY DOING THE SAME.
John Kerry. Even the most ardent supporter of Assad has called it quits in an interview he gave to Foreign Policy. Welcome aboard the train of realism.
Foreign Embassies. Syrians intend to hold a silent vigil in front of all the foreign embassies in Damascus this Friday. If they get disbursed violently, the diplomats will get a first-hand chance to witness Assad’s barbarism.
