2012 Silver Koala Released
2012 Silver Koala
The 2012 Silver Koala bullion coin has been released by the Australian Perth Mint this is the fifth coin in the Koala series to be released, approximately 100,000 coins will be minted for this run of this popular series of silver bullion coins. The koala was first released in 2007 and is available in various sizes for the collector, this years koala design shows the koala clinging to a tree branch whilst asleep.
Each of the designs released is minted from .999 pure silver and is available in ½oz, 1oz, 10oz and 1kilo sizes, the four coins denominations for the coins are 50cents $1, $10 and $30 respectively.
