Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen:
Gold closed up $4.40 to finish the comex session at $1727.90. Silver had another good day rising by 43 cents to $33.35. Today the open interest in silver hit a huge 150,335 contracts with the December Oi remaining at a lofty 46,884 setting the stage for fireworks come Nov 30.2012. In other physical news, Brazil added a rather large for them, 17.17 tonnes of gold with the Russians adding 3.11 tonnes to their official reserves.
