KUALA LUMPUR: Ken Holdings Bhd’s long-term strategy is to create streams of recurring income, without forgoing its core business in residential developments for short and medium-term cash inflows, according to its group managing director Sam C.S. Tan
He said the group would venture into more recurring income projects, beginning with its state-of-the-art office building to be completed next year, Ken TTDI, in Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
