The Russian Ambassador repeated his talking points, regarding US atrocities in Iraq and how the Syrian strike was nothing more than a distraction from the events transpiring in Mosul. Moreover, he challenged the council to investigate the chemical weapons attack, which killed dozens of innocents in Idlib — for it will produce nothing but disappointment — proving their narrative is wrong.
