  • Hmmm….as a woman,what always has worked for me is to do highly strenuous activities…who needs to go to a gym then? Also stay away from sugars, starches,processed foods, and stick with a lot of high protein foods such as chicken,(meats) beans(such as black beans), fresh fruits and vegetables. Only eat as NEEDED. Humans are not built for high food intake. Its very unhealthy and damaging. Small meals throughout the day are healthier. Vitamins as an added suplement are important too. Stay away from soda and the like. I also omit much dairy out of my diet as well. Makes a huge difference. Naturally, this is my diet and I thrive on it. I have low body fat, am thin, hyper as ever, and many people underestimate my strength as I’m composed mostly of muscle and little fat.
