All I do is Eat a scoop of plain greek yogurt (with what I like on top like agave or avocado and nutritional yeast) and a salad with every meal to keep me from eating too many bad carbs. The yogurt binds with the bad fast and flushes them out (yeah for pooping). I drink lots of fresh ginger and lemon teas sometimes with real green tea or chili pepper bits it speeds up your metabolism.
For the exercise I do a standing side crunch (works like a sit up and targets the belly and love handles but without the effort ^,^)

And knee ups
I only do as much as my body can handle and drink tea after. You don’t have to cut out meat just cut back, fish is a good one. I also eat fruit if I crave sweets or snacks , organic apples woooot!
