(Before It's News)

The human H7N9 avian influenza outbreak in China has grown to 38 cases, according to the World Health Organization. Of this total, 10 have resulted in death.

Of the 28 non-fatal cases, 19 cases are considered severe and nine are classified as mild.

According to Chinese Radio International’s English Service today, health authorities on Taiwan say they’re looking into 42 suspected human infections of the H7N9 bird flu. At least two of the suspected cases traveled to the mainland cities of Suzhou and Shanghai according to the report.

Keep an eye on this people.  No sign of human to human transmission yet though thankfully. -Mort
