Quantitative Instruments Predict Future Killing Spress Accurately
Part 1
Put everything down. Sit and pay attention because what I am going to write about has never been examined this way before exactly. You have never heard about these subjects written about with the hidden in mind.
Everyone is bored stiff with antidotes presented by anti terrorist units concerning finding terrorist cells and snuffing them out. The German police for instance are the best at this due to the originating Munich olympic incident in1972.
Over the past 5 to 10 years German policing authorities have stopped numerous potential large blast plans poised by terrorist cells. Set to blow up train stations and other areas frequented by large populations of passengers.
Still authorities have failed on numerous occasions during the same above cited time period to stop subjects running amok with firearms. Amok persons wounding and killing ordinary people caught in the crossfire of stray bullets or hit directly.
FIRST
The very first predictability factor for a subject running amok wounding and killing are resources. Does the subject have access to weapons either by construction, purchase or acquirement legally or illegally? Can the subject arm themselves and conceal such arms to unleash without warning? Metal detectors are great and announce weapons in concealment. However they do not show planning and construction of new cutting edge weapons which do not sound alarms as people pass through metal detectors. Even Xray type scanners showing anatomy do not bring out entirely parts that can be assembled and used with rapid engagement. Porcelain and plastic weapons with as much potential of force and damage to maim and kill with extreme accuracy. Simple pat downs do not always reveal destructive instruments.
SECOND
The second predictability factor is identifying the attacker before they strike. Case in point is the Utah police officer who recently killed his family and then himself.

A point I like to rub in vigorously with forced loud attention is the fact that those who choose professions which involve guns are most likely statistically to harm, injure and kill those they work with; their families and others who may or may not be criminals. Entrance examinations for policing agencies show candidates with high qualitative psychological evidence pointing to psychopathic and paranoid schizophrenic tendencies related to worldview perceiving us against them. A patriarchal authority versus the mob.

Sheriff Baca who recently retired from the LA Country Sheriffs Office was blamed for numerous misconduct charges involving his officers. Yet no one is clever enough to look back 30 or 40 years and see the exact same behaviors among policing personnel in the same LA county sheriffs department run by another person.

Why proposals to electronically tag and monitor by camera and satellite policing agency personnel has not been incorporated across the United States and the world leads to consideration of a state of mind of the minders being more in need of monitoring than criminals? Those who have access to weapons are in need of observation 24-7. Creating a world police state may not be the answer as much as understanding mechanisms which create amok behavior in those who have access to armaments.
While sitting at a table in a small cafe in Europe I interacted with a group of American Special Forces trained in the new forms of warfare such as counter ESP and stealth techniques originating in India and Japan.
I did not approach them as what they do and are trained to do is none of my business. Nevertheless two of the subjects passed my table on their way out of the cafe. One of them went into my head so as to initiate a terror fear response in me. Poor chap did not know that I had received the same training years before in India and North America. I affectionately zapped him back. As he stumbled away and stood by his car talking to his friend he smoked excessive amounts of cigarettes until the ends burned brightly and his cigarette smoke reminded me of a ben franklin pot belly stove billowing out.
Armaments can be had now by human hands using printers; gun shop acquirement or made by hand through readily available machinery used in garages. Weapons are here to stay as society teeters on the edge of anarchy because of abusive politicians and their mindless stooge henchmen that carry out enforcement laws. There are good people out there yet their are mean and ugly ones also who can destroy your world in seconds.
THIRD
The third predictability factor is has a subject acted out before? Does the subject have a history and record of violent behavior or tendencies which has been observed and noted by teachers, employers,friends and loved ones? The answer may surprise you and I do not think you will be ready for this one. No. Numerous cases over the last 20 years shows subjects acting out with no prior public record observation of any form of violence or violent behavior. It was as though the attacker became a zombie and acted out violence. What would cause the average joe to become unglued and start killing?
Subjects act out because of drugs, stray pathological electronics, poisoning, schumann resonance distortions, positive ion weather, chemtrails, genetic engineering, computer viruses, upper atmosphere distortion? Examine closely subjects who have shot, injured, maimed and killed victims through a 20 year period and you will be surprised to find those not themselves who edged off reality and acted out.
I will ignore and bypass the traditional causes such as mommy and daddy mistreated them so they acted out to get back at mom and dad. Apparently ivory tower sociologists and psychologists are getting something wrong otherwise the incidence of amok killers killing would be going down and not steadily climbing upward. We live in an advanced civilization in terms of technology and science and this is where we need to turn for answers as to acting out.
Why do drug induced cultures seem to have a higher incidence of amok killers? Why do school administrators, school psychologists and social workers encourage students who act out to be dosed up on prescription drugs? To whom do we turn to lay blame on drug policy and student disruption?
Yet countries like Germany and other central European countries are against utilizing prescription drugs on students. Nevertheless Germany for instance has by far one of the highest incidence of amok acting out populations in the world.
Germany has developed electronic warfare and energy medicine unabated while it was stifled and banned in the United States for decades; almost a century in fact. The health related premise of these advancements is that instruments transmit and hone in on the fear center in the brain. Causing subjects to become pacified. In terms of pathologies the endocrine system is accessed so as to bring on the wellness response related to bodily ailments.
On the dark dark of the coin stray electronics can make bodily objects explode. Electronics can hypnotize subjects over vast distances on the other side of the world. Turning sane even headed commoners into psychotic killers. Heart rhythm, blood pressure and vitals can turn against the organically clothed subject.
FOURTH
The fourth predictability factor is diet and food consumption. How much sugar, chemicals and preservatives are in food sources easily accessible to potential amok populations? The poor and majority population in highly advanced countries can only afford minimal foods and not raw unrefined foods such as organic food substances. Strapping on exuberant extra costs is common for unrefined non tainted food products.
These populations do not have access to organic gardens to grow their own food or raise their own carnage food sources such as cattle or other expendable life forms. If meat is needed they must rely on local groceries who receive from warehouse commodities.
Commodities riddled with antibiotics and grains tainted with chemicals. Dead animals pass various characteristically repressed conditions onto 2 legged animals which are not that conducive to wellbeing and health. Vegetarianism is great yet the condition of the food has to be taken into consideration related to pesticides and other non disclosed additives put on vegetables and grains.
FIFTH
The fifth predictability factor is what you can not see can hurt you.What? Give your family members cell phones especially your children. Your home or office telephone number locked to dial out on your child’s phone to you or other trusted family members. So you can trace and pick them up any time.
Pollution is rampant and floods our upper atmosphere descending down slowly to effect health from breathing to thinking. Stray pollution has been saturating the Pacific American West coast as far inland as Los Angeles area atmosphere from China.
China where air pollutants flow unchecked for dangerous additives. Ignored almost entirely so as to worship the big dollar sign in the sky. The air is easy to observe along with jet trails above. However the undetected phenomena of radio and other subtle waves of energy cannot be as easily observed outright.
Yet subtle energies can be felt and perceived through diverse emotional and mental states. If you feel out of sorts for no apparent reason and your thinking and emotional activity are strange and unfamiliar to you it is best to slow down and ponder this carefully. Countries and areas with heavy cloud cover are more prone to subtle energy pollution then clear sky geographies. However, technology used can entwine and mesh with variants components of either clear or cloudy atmospheres. Utilizing as carriers to alter thinking and emotional states and cause those effected to act out behaviors they would not normally do.
