AIADMK general secretary expelled members from the Party including Sasikala
Sasikala who is the trusted confidante and one among the close friends of AIADMK general secretary and tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms. Jayalalithaa was expelled from the primary membership of the AIADMK party, Jayalalithaa announced yesterday, but the reason behind the expulsion of the members hasn’t been announced yet.
Besides Sasikala, 13 others including the husband of Sasikala Mr. Natarajan and nephews Mr. Dinakaran, Mr. Diwakaran, Dr Venkatesh and Mr. Sudakaran were also expelled from AIADMK. Ms. Sasikala and her family members belongs to the Tiruvarur district.The official channel of the party Jaya TV telecasted the news in detail. Ms Sasikala was the general council member of AIADMK before she was removed from her position.
However this isn’t the first time that Ms. Jayalalithaa is disowning her friend Ms. Sasikala as on 1996 when she lost the elections, both of them were arrested by the government led by DMK. Before going to the prison Ms Jayalalithaa disassociated herself from Ms. Saisikala. but, they had patched up subsequently.
