Though we know that sports is very vast and includes a lot of dangerous activities that can injure people, but the fact is one should take precautions and must not try those deadliest activities as a beginner.

Well, there are no official ranking in our list, but we have found some of the most dangerous sports that are actively played by people for publicity or other reasons.

  • At the top of the list is base jumping. In this type of activity, participant jumps from the top like from high building, bridges or cliffs. The purpose of such activity is to hold on for longer duration before the parachute chord is pulled off eventually. Yet, there is no safety net or other alternatives that can save the person before hitting the ground. As per figures, around 15 people are so far killed for base jumping per year.

  • Another sport that can kill the participant is getting on top of a bucking bull and hanging as long as possible until the bull attempts to throw the person on ground. This sport is very risky and can kill the person who dares to sit on bull’s top that weighs up to 2000 pounds. If the rider is thrown off, he can be badly hurt or stomped on by the bull. The person can face broken bones, ruptured organs, or even death.
  • One of the world’s most dangerous sports is cave diving in which people submerge in dark and cold water and of course many meters under the surface. If you are safe from getting into dark or air run out, then who knows if you might fall to some underwater creature? From the year 1960, around 500 people have died in cave diving activities.

  • Have you ever heard of Heli-skiing? It is done in untouched snow and is performed through a helicopter. There are many heli-skiers who want to participate in this activity, but they have to book a year in advance for over populated participants. This activity only adds to the adrenalin kick where the risks of extreme weather conditions or avalanches can occur.

  • High speed racing sports like biking can be included in the list of world’s most dangerous sports. Participants challenge each other and become victim of deadly accident.
  • New contender has been found attempting risks of lives – kite flyers in Punjab Province of Pakistan can be charged with murder and death penalty. Kite flying is a popular sport in Pakistan that can bring various risks like participating in dog fights and cutting their opponent’s kite string. In this rush, they could fall from their building or get injured or even die. In order to win, participants use metallic strings coated with glass shards. Such metallic kites can be a threat for bike riders on busy road. As per reports, many people have been injured and some killed by falling from high buildings.
