I have been physically and psychologically preparing myself for the historical moment when Greece would return to the markets and borrow money. In fact I’ve been preparing myself for the last two weeks with an intensive fitness and an extreme makeover program.
I increased my brisk walking from 7 km to 10km and thus on a daily basis. I have long stopped to be one of these lazy Greeks who do sports only on weekends.
I increased my intake in fruits, vegetables and fibers. I eternally banned sugar and fat from my daily diet plan and anything that would negatively affect my fit-for-markets outlook.
I had a full facial treatment with shrub, vitamins-powered mask and double pack of super revitalizing oxygen-enchanted hydration.
I spend four hours on the hairdresser’s chair for a trendy haircut and subtle red tones in my soft brown hair, hair mask for volume and nutrition included.
I rushed to nails’ bar for an exclusive treatment with silk wraps, cuts and polish. I was for two long hours there, doing nothing, but it was worth.
Just in time, my new spring dress arrived yesterday from the online shop.
So now I am sitting here in front of my pc, in my black pattern grey narrow line minimal dress, my warm pink suede leather sling pumps and I am typing this post with my glossy Paloma-red finger nails.
My heart is beating in anticipation but I know, I’ve done all I could to welcome the precious moment that I will have to borrow money with 5.25 percent then the extreme makeover was costly..
The markets can’t wait
PS 1 with all this training and appearance overhaul I hardly recognized myself on the bathroom mirror this morning
PS 2 of course, I thoroughly brushed the two cats. What did you think? They would go to the markets looking shabby?
No, these are not Greeks!
