Join NIAC’s LA Ambassadors on 4/23 for an important panel discussion on Iran at UCLA followed by a chai social at Shaherzad restaurant.

Your Los Angeles Ambassadors cordially invite you to an important panel
discussion
on Iran at UCLA this Tuesday, April 23
, hosted by the Olive Tree Initiative. Afterward, local NIAC members and supporters will gather for a chai social
at Shaherzad restaurant
, to get to know one another and share reflections and opinions on the panel.

“The Iran Panel” event will feature a number of experts who will discuss the
different political aspects of Iran and its relationship with its
neighbors, especially Israel and the United States. Panelists include
Political Economist and Professor at CSULA, Dr. Akbar Torbat, who will speaking
on the effect of sanctions on Iran; Professor of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, Dr. Nader Bagherzadeh, who will be speaking on the nuclear
program; among others. The details are as

Our LA ambassadors will be
outside to guide you to the event.

Admission
to the event is free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first
served.

After the event, our LA Ambassadors, Ayda Safaei, Reza Amin,
and Siobhan Coley-Amin will gather a group of local NIAC members and
supporters for chai, shirini, and conversation at nearby Shaherzad
restaurant,
at 1422 Westwood Blvd  Los Angeles, CA 90024. Please RSVP below, so that we can inform the restaurant in advance about the size of our group.
