According to Dror Feiler, spokesperson for Ship to Gaza Sweden, the Estelle was attacked at 10.15 AM CET. Five or six military vessels surrounded the Estelle. Soldiers wearing masks are now trying to board the ship. The attack took place on international water: N31 26 E33 45

A breach of international law by cutting off transport and communication links both on land and at sea, Israel has effectively created the world’s largest outdoor prison.
Today, it was thought that the Swedish ship Estelle from Gaza to break the blockade and arrive in Palestine. But 10:15 this morning surrounded the Israeli ship and boarded it.
“How can anyone believe that isolation and blockade of a people – not just a regime – can lead to peace and reconciliation?”
The question asked Sweden’s chief diplomat Jan Eliasson at Aftonbladet debate in June 2010. Shortly before had nine people died when Israeli military hijacked ships in the Ship to Gaza in international waters.
