German police shot Tuseday dead a 17-year-old Afghani refugee after he injured 17 people, two critically, in an axe and knife attack on a passenger train near the German town of Wuertsburg. Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann has confirmed the teenager,was an Afghan refugee. He shouted “Allaha akbar” as he carried out the brutal assault. An ISIS flag was later disovered at his home.
