Mohammed Rafiq Naji, 37, a US resident of Yemeni origin, was charged at a federal court in Brooklyn Tuesday with plotting to drive a garbage truck into Times Square crowds, like the truck attack that killed 86 people in Nice on Bastille Day. The FBI stated that Naji made several online posts in support of ISIS.
