A convoy carrying about 200 wounded citizens was allowed to leave the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo, which are under rebel control, early Thursday afternoon. The convoy travelled west toward neighborhoods of the devastated Syrian city under the control of the country's army where the wounded are to receive medical treatment and other assistance.
