Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, arrived in Moscow on Tuesday for talks with a number of senior Russian officials over the next few days. Soleimani is expected to express his country's dissatisfaction regarding Russia's growing ties, including economic and security agreements, with Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.
