Russian Health Minister Veronika Skvortsova confirmed Tuesday that the death toll from the St Petersburg metro explosion the day before had risen to 14 with 49 people injured. The main suspect of the attack has been named as Akbarzhon Jalilov, 23, a Russian born in Kyrgyzstan.
