Aomori prefecture expects to restart shipping cod by collecting 50 ok samples
Japanese government is restricting the shipment of Pacific cod from Aomori prefecture as of 8/27/2012. [Link]
Aomori prefectural government is expecting that they can restart the shipment once they collect 50 samples that they detect cesium of lower than 100 Bq/Kg.
It is not known if there is such a regulation that they can restart shipment with 50 samples.
They are speeding up the radiation measurement of the samples to restart the shipment by 11/1/2012, but it is questionable how close it is to random sampling.
2012年8月27日以降、日本政府は青森県で水揚げされたマダラの出荷制限を指示しています。
一方で、セシウムの検出量が100 Bq/Kgを下回るサンプルが50集まれば出荷を再開できる、と青森県は期待しています。
サンプルが50集まれば出荷を再開できる、というような決まりがあるのかは明らかではありません。
11月1日までに出荷を再開させるために、県はサンプルの放射能検査を行うペースを上げていますが、この検査がどれだけ無作為抽出に近い条件下で行われているのかは疑問です。

La préfecture d’Aomori veut reprendre ses expéditions de morue sur la collecte de 50 échantillons corrects
Le gouvernement nippon interdit les expéditions de morue du Pacifique de la préfecture d’Aomori depuis le 27 août 2012. [Lien]
Les autorités préfectorales d’Aomori se préparent à reprendre ces expéditions dès qu’ils auront eu 50 échantillons ne donnant pas un niveau en césium égal ou supérieur à 100 Bq/kg. On ne sait pas s’il existe une réglementation permettant de reprendre les expéditions sur cette base de 50 échantillons sains.
Ils accélèrent les mesures de radioactivité des échantillons pour reprendre leurs expéditions au 1er novembre 2012 mais on peut s’interroger sur le caractère réellement aléatoire de leur échantillonnage.
