J’ai visité la ville qui s’était développée grâce à l’énergie nucléaire qui a été arrêtée en 2009. Contrairement à ce qu’en a rapporté le journal Sankei, le démantèlement d’un réacteur nucléaire a créé de l’emploi. De nouveaux centres commerciaux et une nouvelle usine se sont construits.
