When my parents decided to move, my classmate quietly asked me if I was going to evacuate. She sounded scared, concerned, and confused. It felt like she talked about something she shouldn’t talk about.
I smiled and said no, it’s because of my parent’s work.
転校すると決まった時小声で聞かれた。 避難するの…？ 怯えたような、不安そうな、困惑したような…。口にしてはならないことを口にしたかのような違和感。 …違うよっ。親の仕事の都合。ニコっ。
