More government spending and more government regulation will not magically create jobs.

President Obama wants to pour good money after bad, and get Congress to pass another $450 billion stimulus package. While unemployment hovers above 9% and the national debt climbs out of control, Obama is waiving his hands and asking us to forget past failures.

You and I both know that another stimulus package will not jumpstart this economy. It failed once, and it'll fail again.

Uncertainty and new regulations are choking the American economy. Even while the President pleads for help creating jobs, his administration appears to be doing everything possible to put people out of work! Whether it's inconsistent and illegal enforcement of foreign laws like in the case of the raid on Gibson guitars, or slowing permits like the EPA has been doing in the Gulf of Mexico for oil exploration, every weapon of the bureaucracy seems to be in use against businesses.

Massive deficit spending cannot go on forever. The everyday American and business owner knows that. The fiscal irresponsibility of Washington has halted the movement of capital in the free market, capital that would have been used for innovation and job creation. Instead, businesses and individuals are saving more, preparing for potential tax hikes that Washington could impose on the public to pay for their massive overspending.

This week, the so-called "super committee" began meeting to work on cutting 1.2 trillion dollars from the debt.

President Obama's phony jobs bill is 'paid for' by asking the committee to add another $450 billion dollars to their goal. We believe this is more of the same strategy: using the committee as a Trojan horse to raise your taxes!

We at Tea Party Patriots refuse to let the "super committee" focus on anything other than cutting the size of our bloated federal government and balancing the budget. Not paying for a cynical political gambit like President Obama's 'jobs bill', and not raising taxes!

*** IMPORTANT NOTE *** While we'd love to see all our Letters Published and therefore have the opportunity to influence the masses, we must remember that the more people writing (into any/ALL of these Publishers) about the same topics increases the chances that one will be placed in the Publication and equally (maybe more) important is that we (through our numbers) will begin to influence the Publishers (Editors/Reporters) because they know ACTIVE folks are paying attention to their work and holding them accountable! Keep writing, do NOT get discouraged, it matters (again) even if your work isn't printed.

Also, as stated elsewhere, it is very important to sometimes write when you AGREE with what the Publishers/Editors/Reporters are saying!!! We cannot always only write to complain!!! If you occasionally praise them, they may be more likely to Publish something you write in about when you oppose/challenge/complain-to them.
