What is the deal with “Private Bin”

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem yet or not, but I paid for the private bin with no ads yesterday and still have ads. I try to be patient and it is a small amout to pay for the service, But, when I pay for something I exspect something in return. I know that may sound strange to some in this day and age but I guess I am just wierd that way.
So come on Bin get with the program here!
