Lance Armstrong's former masseuse Emma O'Reilly says she's surprised her former boss has admitted to doping. But she's got no plans to sue him after he tried to discredit her. Now he has admitted to the doping scandal-something he has been denying for years. But O'Reilly has decided not to sue Armstrong despite his admission to the doping on Thursday (January 18).
