What is Karma? Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it.
This law of cause and effect is not punishment, but is wholly for the sake of education or learning.
A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Ignorance of the law is no excuse whether the laws are man-made or universal.
To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.
1. The Great Law
“As you sow, so shall you reap.” This is also known as the “Law of Cause and Effect.”
If what we want is happiness, peace, love, and friendship, then we should BE happy, peaceful, loving and a true friend.
Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us.
2. The Law of Creation
Life doesn’t just happen. It requires our participation.
We are one with the Universe, both inside and out.
Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state.
Be yourself, and surround yourself with what you want to have in your life.
3. The Law of Humility
You can’t change something if you refuse to accept it.
If what we see is an enemy, or someone with a character trait that we find to benegative, then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.
Meat was the only food that gave me the nutrients to keep my health up as I battled severe Crohns, before my recent climb out of it. Nearly all plant foods made me extremely sick.
I’m not a jerk, I really do love animals, and I hate the idea of hurting anything…. but then why do I love meat so much?
Once again… it’s one’s personality and soul that matter… not ritual.
” It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’.”
That’s Newtons law of MOTION, is kinetic energy only. And it’s “for every action, there is an equal AND opposite reaction”, “must have” has nothing to do with it. It also has nothing what so ever to do with fictional wishful thinking karma. As much as it would be lovely to believe that the a-holes of the world get their comeuppance, it’s simply not true. On the contrary, it’s more likely to be a case of “every good deed doesn’t go unpunished.”
Some of these doctrines are wrong, and lead us to wrong ends.
firstly: “If what we see is an enemy…then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.”
this is NOT humility, it is NONSENSE; it blurs the distinction between good and bad, and stifles voices who openly say this one is good and this one is bad.
This doctrine would mean that Jesus, when He met with Satan in the desert, had attracted the Enemy by his own negative sides…
and it would mean in daily life that you wont dare call someone a bad person, or recognize him/her as bad,
for the fact that you call someone a bad person would show you are bad yourself … what a BS!
I couldnt imagine any better protection for gangsters and hypocritical crooks within Religion than this heretic idea!
secondly: “Whenever there is something wrong in my life, there is something wrong in me.” so what? if I live in Ethiopia and Famine strikes my family and kills my baby child, then it is my own fault? Yeah, such is the real meaning of this doctrine. It blames victims as perpetrators. It denies that there are victims in this world at all. How can you develop Compassion if such ideas blur your mind? The only “virtue” that grows under their poisonous influence is Pride.
Thirdly, worst of all: “You cannot think of two things at the same time. Because of this, when our focus is on Spiritual Values, it is impossible for us to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.” Double nonsense! 1) Of course humans can multitask, not only with their hands but also in thought. I do have several thought trains most of the time. 2) People who focus on spiritual values of course still are capable of mistakes and sins. Read the “criminal story” about the Trial of Jesus Christ in the Gospels again and see: a sentence like that above would exculpate the Pharisees who sent Jesus to death. This alone shows that it must be wrong.
Hands off of all ideas that blame victims and exculpate perpetrators, no matter how “spiritual” they are supposed to be. Satan is a Spirit too, and following this Führer of Evil by believing outright lies is a kind of Spirituality too.
i can see that you havent experienced the one real law, because these 12 are all part of the one.
Hunters will be the Hunted..
People who consume beasts will be consumed by the beast..
Nice… I like that.

I like this article. Thanks for the read, Liberator. Recommended story.
